Old Padeswood

Old Padeswood is a proprietary Golf Club, situated in the picturesque Alyn Valley of Flintshire, with one of the most difficult opening holes in North Wales.
Some of the course was originally laid out in 1932 and in 1983 this was extended to make an 18-hole course, officially opened in 1985 by the Welsh International and former British Ryder Cup Captain, Brian Huggett M.B.E.
This wonderful course is built upon exceptional, luscious, verdant parkland, making for a very impressive and aesthetically pleasant place to enjoy a round of golf. It is a beautiful undulating parkland course, offering a hugely enjoyable golfing challenge midst some superb North Wales scenery.
With excellent catering facilities as well as a professional’s shop you are always guaranteed a very warm welcome.

Llanymynech

Set on top of an old limestone quarry on the England/Wales border, this outstanding course offers a unique golfing challenge with 15 of its holes being in Wales and 3 being in England. Panoramic views are afforded from this prominent location but this does not detract from the excellent quality of the course which is a great test for all levels of golfers.
Ian Woosnam who began his golfing career "on the hill" still holds the course professional record.
With a reputation of being "a course you must try" and a selection of competitively priced golf packages for all sizes of groups, a warm welcome awaits you at Llanymymech.
